AI Lucky Ticket is designed to work without requiring an account. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the app.

Purchases

Purchase entitlement. Your purchase and subscription status comes directly from the App Store or Google Play and is cached on your device to unlock Premium features. We do not operate accounts, we do not receive your payment details, and we do not assign you an identifier.

On-Device Storage

State selection. Your selected state is stored on your device so the app remembers your choice.

Preferences. Settings such as your preferred options are stored locally on your device.

This on-device data is not transmitted to our servers.

Optional Location

If you choose to allow it, the app may request your device location to suggest your state lottery. Depending on your platform and settings, this can be approximate or precise. Location access is optional; if you deny permission, you can select a state manually. Your location is used at the moment of selection, is not stored by us, and is not linked to your identity.

We use the following service providers to operate the app:

Apple

Purpose: in-app purchase processing.

On iOS, all purchases are processed directly by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy practices apply to payment processing.

Google Play

Purpose: in-app purchase processing on Android.

On Android, all purchases are processed directly by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information. Google's privacy practices apply to payment processing.

How We Use Information

We use the data described above only to:

• Operate the app and provide its features
• Process and manage subscriptions and purchases

We do not use this data to track you across other apps or websites, build advertising profiles, or for any purpose other than operating and improving AI Lucky Ticket.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties. Purchases are processed directly by Apple and Google Play under their own privacy policies. We do not operate servers that collect data from the app.

Retention

On-device settings remain until you change them or delete the app. Purchase records are maintained by Apple and Google Play under their own retention policies. We do not run servers that store data from the app.

Children

AI Lucky Ticket is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us through our feedback page and we will delete such information.

Your Choices

• Location: you can disable location access at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services, or in Android Settings › Location › App permissions.
• Delete data: on-device preferences are deleted when you uninstall the app. Purchase history is managed by the App Store or Google Play. For anything else, contact us through our feedback page.
• State selection: you can change your selected state in the app settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
